Controller:

- Requirements:
- 5+ years Accounting/Finance Management experience working with a job shop/ build to order Capital Equipment Manufacturing Company working under % Completion/ MIlestone Billing Environment/ Inventory Costing and Control.
- Experience with automated MRP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics SL (Soloman)
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong verbal/ written communications skills.
- Highly motivated team leader and member.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast pace environment.

- Desirable:
- Experience with managing Bank Relationships.
- Human Resources Experience.
- Payroll Services Experience, preferably ADP.

- Education/Certification:
- College Degree required, MBA preferred.
- CPA.

Mechanical Engineer:

- Responsibilities
- Structure and calculations

- Welding qualifications

- Qualifications
- BS in appropriate field.
- 3+ years experience with design of welded structures and machined parts a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and in team environment .
- Must be able to manage workload with shifting project deadlines.
- Good writing, communication and documentation skills.
- Experienced with computer design software- Inventor or Solid Works required.
- Knowledge of finite element analysis a plus.

Sales Position - Service/Winches/Parts and Components:

We are seeking a self motivated individual to sell service and parts to the marine industry.
The position requirez both inside and outside sales, generating service, rebuild, scheduled maintenance, and parts business for our manufactured marine cranes, cylinders, winches, valves and other hydraulic equipment that we represent.

This individual will handle development of a customer base, contacting the various customers, quoting and setting up service and parts contracts, while being able to document all. Some service work will be required.

- Requirements:
- The individual should be self motivated, diciplined, organized and computer literate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project is required.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are a must.
- A strong back ground in hydraulic equipment repair is recommended.
- Experience and a familiarity with the marine industry are highly desirable.
