Hydra-Pro seeks new team members

Hydra-Pro,Inc. is a leading marine and offshore crane manufacturing company located at 2260 West Commodore Way in Seattle, Washington. We are an equal-opportunity employer with approximately 30 people in manufacturing, service, engineering, and administrative positions.

The company is implementing a Quality program to meet API and their qualification authority , which also certify us to ISO 9001:2000.

Our increased orders and strategic decisions have opened up new positions within the company.

We are seeking competent team members with experience in the following professions:

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
- Structure and calculations
- Hydraulics
- Automation and electrics
- Maintenance and service

Qualifications
- BS in appropriate field.
- 3+ years experience with design of welded structures and machined parts a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and in team environment .
- Must be able to manage workload with shifting project deadlines.
- Good writing, communication and documentation skills.
- Experienced with computer design software- Inventor or Solid Works required.
- Knowledge of finite element analysis a plus.

International Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop the international markets
- Identify and establish a dealer network

Qualifications
- University or technical college education
- Proven track record required
- Must be able to work independently and in team environment
- Good writing, communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Middle East and Asian markets a plus
- Travel required.

Engineering Technician

Responsibilities
- Owner of projects from order to delivery
- Responsible for carrying out projects
- The customer's 'single point of contact' in the project phase
- Project reporting, planning and economic follow-up
- Some traveling required

Qualifications
- Experience as project leader or experience from project organization
- University or technical college education
- Must be able to work independently and in team environment

Service Technician/Mechanic

We are seeking a service technician to commission and service our marine and offshore cranes in both domestic and international markets.
During periods with no travel the candidate will be involved with manufacturing, assembly, service and repairs at Hydra-Pro's facilitity in Seattle - Washington.

Tasks:
- Testing and start-up of crane installations
- Open, inspect, diagnose and repair a wide variety of hydraulic components
- Manage workload with shifting project deadlines
- Documentation of labor and quality of all work done

Qualifications:
- Five+ years in the marine hydraulic repair field
- Electric and electronic trouble shooting skills required
- Capable and proficient in pipe and tube fitting
- Reliable for overtime when needed
- MIG and TIG welding skills a plus

Additional:
All applicants must be positive, team oriented, service minded, committed to excellence and willing to gain additional experience and knowledge as needed. Some traveling will be required.
