Wireless Crane Controls

"A revolution in crane operation."

By combining 21st century wireless technology and a well-proven hydraulic valve design, we can provide you with the ultimate in operational convenience and versatility.

Wireless Remote 1 Wireless Remote 2

Features include:

  • 200 meter (650 ft) operating range
  • 15 hour operating time
  • 1 hour battery recharge time
  • Lightweight remote unit - 2.2 kg (4.8 lbs)
  • Comfortable operator harness

Since each unit is built specifically for the application, there is almost a limitless number of options available, including:

  • Digital load readout - provides operator with an indication of the exact load on the hook.
  • Multiple speed steps - allows user to adjust the maximum speed of functions, providing very precise positioning of loads. Also very useful for untrained operators
  • Switchable outputs - operate two or more cranes with a single remote unit.
  • Auxilliary function control - controls two-speed valves, multiple winches, special functions, etc.

Designed for rough service, the standard remote operator is both shock absorbent and water-proof (IP65 rated). Its operating frequencies are such that it is unaffected by the radiated signals from onboard electronic equipment such as radios, radar and sonar. Each function also requires a unique electronic 'signature' from the transmitter, preventing unauthorized operation.
